Ohmyskin ships worldwide, so delivery times may vary by country (longer for Switzerland).

Our delivery times are 7 to 10 working days after dispatch.

You have purchased an item sold and shipped by Ohmyskin and you have changed your mind?

Whatever your reasons, you can return your item within 14 days for a refund or exchange of your returned items in good condition.*

The return costs are at the customer's expense. We will proceed with the refund immediately after receipt of the package.

*Important: the address on the package is not the return address. Any return to this address will be considered lost and there will be no refund. If you wish to make a return please contact us so that a member of our team can assist you!
